Refund and Returns Policy

At Ecodemproperties Store, operated by Meus Installations LLC, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy clearly explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1) Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to orders purchased and delivered within the United States only.

2) Return Window

You may request a return within 20 days of:

  • The delivery date for shipped orders, or

  • The purchase date shown on your receipt for in-store purchases

Requests submitted after 20 days are not eligible for return or exchange.

3) Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Non-Defective Items

  • Must be new, unused, and unassembled

  • Must include original packaging, manuals, and all accessories

  • Must be in resalable condition

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Eligible even if opened or assembled

  • Please retain all original packaging

  • Photos are required to verify the issue

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items (unless defective)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

4) How to Start a Return (Mail-In Only)

To initiate a return:

  1. Email [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief explanation of the reason for return

    • Photos (required for damaged or defective items)

  2. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier.

5) Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted by mail only.

  • Follow the same return initiation steps above

  • Items exchanged for non-defective reasons must be unused and in original packaging

If the replacement item:

  • Costs more → you will pay the difference

  • Costs less → the difference will be refunded to your original payment method

6) Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days after receipt

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note: your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

7) Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or declined

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays do not qualify for refunds unless the item arrives damaged

  • Returns without original packaging for non-defective items may be declined if the product cannot be resold as new
