1) Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii included).

  • Orders are shipped to valid U.S. residential or business addresses

  • International shipping is not available at this time

2) Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (Pacific Time)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing on the next business day

Handling time:

  • 1–3 days (Monday–Sunday) to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email immediately after purchase

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships

3) Transit Time

  • Estimated transit time: 3–7 days (Monday–Sunday) after shipment

  • Typical total delivery time: 4–10 days from order placement

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Order cut-off timing

  • Carrier performance

  • Weather conditions

  • Federal holidays

4) Shipping Fee

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order within the U.S.

  • No minimum purchase required

  • No hidden fees

Any applicable taxes will be clearly shown at checkout.

5) Carriers & Tracking

We ship using trusted national carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped so you can monitor delivery progress.

6) Exceptions & Special Situations

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • We can reship the order after the address is corrected

  • A $5.00 re-shipping fee will apply

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number

  • Include photos if the item arrived damaged

  • We will work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate

Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or holidays may extend shipping times and are outside our direct control.
