At Ecodem Properties, operated by Deafnet LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original, unused condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  • Item has not been physically damaged by the customer
  • Item is not on the non-returnable items list below

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Digital downloads or access codes once activated
  • Hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for return.
  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Step 3: Ship the item back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (1–3 business days), we will process your refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. PayPal refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days. If you paid by credit card through PayPal, the timeline may vary based on your card issuer.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind or preference returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
