Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Free Shipping
Orders totaling $75.00 or more (before taxes) qualify for free Standard Shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and chosen shipping method to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of shipment. If you have not received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and household members, then contact your local post office or carrier. If the issue is unresolved, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, Ecodem Properties ships only within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future. Join our newsletter to stay informed about shipping updates.
Shipping to Military Addresses
We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We apologize for this limitation and hope to expand our reach in the future.
